They schedule pickup on their own timeline, hand the device to the courier, and the job moves automatically to the next stage in the portal.

Data Wiping & Compliance
Certified wipes. Verifiable standards. Per-device certificates.
Every device entering our depot undergoes a certified multi-pass data destruction process. The wipe is logged, a tamper-evident certificate is generated per device, and the record is stored in your portal for on-demand audit access. No data leaves on any device, no exceptions.

Preparation & Grading
Every device inspected, graded, and depot-ready.
After certified wiping, each device is physically inspected, cleaned, and assessed. We assign a standardized grade based on cosmetic and functional condition, and perform any necessary preparation work before the device enters depot stock.

- Grade A — like new, minimal to no wear
- Grade B — minor wear, light scuffs, fully functional
- Grade C — visible wear, functional with cosmetic imperfections
- Grade and origin recorded in inventory, visible when fulfilling requests
Depot Storage & Fulfillment
Secure storage, tracked to the new hire.
Graded devices enter secure depot stock, indexed by model, grade, and origin. When a new hire needs a device, you select from live inventory and specify the destination. We configure, package, and ship it, tracked end to end.
